The service

Furthest Step is a subscription app for tracking and coaching sales teams. Your plan covers the number of reps listed for it.

Free trial and billing

Every plan starts with 14 days free. After the trial, new offices pay the intro rate shown on the pricing page for their first 3 months, then the regular monthly price. Plans renew monthly until canceled.

Canceling

There is no long term contract. Cancel any month by text or email, and your plan stays active through the end of the month you already paid for. Partial months are not refunded.

Your data

Your team's data belongs to you. We use it only to run the service for you. You can ask for an export or deletion at any time.

Fair use

Keys are for the people you add to your team. Do not share the app outside your organization, copy it, or use it to harass or mislead anyone.

Results

The coaching and examples on our site show how the app is meant to help. Sales results depend on your reps, offer and market, and are not guaranteed.

Limits

The service is provided as is. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.

Changes

If we change these terms or your price, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead.
