What we collect on this website

When you send a question or start a plan, we collect what you type: your name, company, email, phone, industry, team size and message. We also record simple page activity, like which sections were viewed and which buttons were tapped, to improve the site. We do not use advertising trackers.

What we collect in the app

The app stores what your team enters: conversation counts, sales, goals, routines, notes, callbacks, followups, time off requests and manager records. Callback addresses and followup contact details are entered by the rep.

The leave by warning is optional. When a rep turns it on, the phone uses its location to estimate walking time back to a callback. Managers do not get a map of where reps are.

How we use it

We use your information to answer you, set up and run your team, send account messages and improve the product. We do not sell your information or your team's data.

Who can see team data

Reps see their own numbers. Managers see their team. Owners control every key and can remove access at any time. Our hosting and database providers process data only to run the service.

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your team's data at any time. When a plan ends, we keep your data for 30 days in case you come back, then delete it on request or in the normal course of cleanup.

Texts and emails

If you give us your phone or email, we may contact you about your question or plan. Reply STOP to any text or ask us by email and we will stop.
